My Collagen Smoothie




Well hello there, if you follow me on Instagram you've probably seen me share so many smoothies on my Instagram stories but I have never done a blog post until now; what can I say I love smoothies especially if it has collagen. Why collagen? well there are many benefits to collagen it helps improve hair, skin, nails, joints, ligaments, and tendon health. You can customize your smoothie it all depends on what you like. Collagen Smoothie


This collagen smoothie is so easy to make and its loaded with powerful antioxidant properties. I like to have this smoothie first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or after my Lemon Tea. I love this smoothie because is so filling and nutritious. This smoothie is not too sweet, that's just my opinion.


WHAT YOU NEED:

1 scoop of Vital Protein Collagen Peptides (unflavored)

1/2 Banana

5 Strawberries

Dash of Cinnamon

A handful of spinach

A few drops of lemon ( if you want you can omit the lemon)

1/2 cup (water or juice)

Ice


WHAT TO DO:

Blend all the ingredients together in your blender or bullet.

Sip + enjoy!
